(Within listed counties, outside of that perimeter is negotiable).
Articles of Incorporation: $25.00
Any kind of document related to an incorporated business
(LLC, non profit, corporation etc).
Employment Contracts: $25.00
(If you are starting a new job, your new employer may require you to get the contract notarized. You need to read the contract carefully because this is going to specify the terms, conditions, compensation, and duties associated with the role.)
Passport Application: $25.00
(If you are applying for a passport, you will usually have to get these documents notarized)
Leases: $25.00(Commercial, Rental etc)
Legal Affidavits: $75.00
An affidavit is a sworn statement of facts. Usually, this sworn statement isn't committed to a piece of paper. Then, this sworn statement may be admitted to court as evidence. It could be used to complete a transaction outside the court of law.
Certified Copies: $75.00

Immigration Documents: $75.00
(Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Financial Document, Evidence of U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder (Permanent Resident, Evidence of Lawful U.S. Entry and Status, Police Clearance Certificate, Divorce Papers, Court, Police, and Prison Records, Military Records, Deportation Documents)

(A power of attorney form needs to be notarized to authenticate the identity of the person signing.)
Loan Signing: $120.00
(If you are buying, selling, transferring or financing a home, there could be mortgage or loan documents related to the sale of the building.)
